The oils listed below can be used to soothe the symptoms of insomnia and sleep issues such as calm nerves and relax both body and mind. These are sedative, relaxing oils that can help to stop overactive minds from overthinking leading to difficulties in getting a good nights sleep. Use alone or pick two or three of the oils using no more than two to three drops of each oil for best results.
